Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999

The Act states that you have a responsibility to manage health and safety effectively. The Corporate Manslaughter Act 2007

The Act states companies or organisations whose gross negligence causes the death of an individual could face prosecution for manslaughter.

As a result of the law, all companies, organisations and Government bodies are affected.    All will face unlimited fines if they are found to have caused death due to their gross corporate health and safety failures.

Fleet Risk Management
